Most monthly programs are open to both members and non-members. However, some will have space or venue limitations and will need pre-registration. Indoor programs will typically be held in the Fellowship Hall on the lower level of the Emmaus Baptist Church, 712 Linden Street N, Northfield, Minnesota. Parking is located on the south side of the church.

Thursday, April 11, 6pm – Annual anniversary dinner – Fireside in Dennison Thursday April 11th is our annual anniversary dinner. Members, please let me know if you plan to attend and how many will attend. There will still be plenty of time to sign up for it if you aren’t sure yet. These social events are a really great way to get to spend time with fellow members and to get to know them better.

Sunday June 23 – Field day on insect signs and tracking –Eric Vehe on insects feeding on native plants, event hosted with Master Naturalists.
Thursday July 11, 7pm – Tour Scott and Kathy Regenscheid gardens (and house, very unique, multiple gardens, great views of Circle Lake and wetlands)
Sunday July 21 afternoon – Native Garden Tours – Pat Johnson’s, her granddaughter Penelope’s?, Carl Caskey’s, another? Start at 2pm?
Thursday, August 8, 6:30pm – Mud Creak WMA – restored prairie, gentians, compass plants, cup flowers, some leadplant, monarda… Has rocky road down to a boardwalk up to the mud lake (near I35 & Hwy19) – can be too wet to get to the boardwalk some years.
